It worked after some modification on my 06 honda shadow vlx600cd but for some reason it didn't plug in directly to my bike so I had to cut the male connector off and wire in a new female connector. The plastic chrome cover seems really cheap but considering the screw that came with it wouldn't fit in the hole on my bike I just left it off until I can get a replacement ignition. So that being said, if your in a bind this will work until you can afford something better on a positive note I received it in about 3 days.
