This is really a moccasin - it feels like a glove for the foot. Very comfortable. And has original-style Sperry non-slip sole for those of you on boats. My only minor complaint is that the size 11 could be a hair linger. While it fits OK, it would be nice to have a little more space in the toe. But an 11-1/2 would be too big.
