This is a GREAT company! They answered all of my questions and I was able to add to my order. My retirement is was on 1 Feb 2020 and I am honored my parents with the rank plaques. My mom is a vet a former Buck Sergeant and my dad is a MSgt retiree who never had a ceremony. I honored my parent's service by including them and presenting these to them during mine.The anticipated delivery date was the end of Dec 2019 to Jan 2020. When I inquired they stated they could fill my order much quicker. They even customized the MSgt stripe because my father wore E7 in that configuration when he served and retired in 1993.All of the products are beautiful and all arrived a week after I ordered! Great customer service and highly recommend for your military ceremonial needs. My retirement ceremony was absolutely perfect and the shadowbox and rank plaques were perfect. When I honored my parents with the rank plaques the whole room was in tears because their service was never honored. They were both moved to tears also and so was I.
